Book a shared room
Create shared-room bookings and understand booking visibility between tenant organizations.
Reserve a shared meeting room without exposing your meeting details to other tenant organizations.
Before you begin
- Join the Naboro building where the room is available.
- Open the shared room schedule.
- Check the time you need; Naboro prevents overlapping bookings.
Create a booking
- Select an available shared room and time in the live schedule.
- Enter the booking details required for your meeting.
- Confirm the reservation.
- Check the room schedule to verify that the time is now reserved.
Naboro enforces conflicts on the server. If another reservation already uses the room and time, you must choose a different available slot rather than relying on a silent double-booking resolution.
What other tenants can see
Naboro uses tenant-level privacy for shared buildings:
- Your company: Members of your organization can view the full details of your bookings.
- Other tenant companies: They can see room availability, your organizer name, and your company, but not the meeting title or details.
- Building managers: They can access room schedules and audit logs.
Optional: Use a room display
A room display can support walk-up bookings, extensions, early endings, and check-in at the room. Review Use a room display before placing a display where visitors can see it.
