Use this reference to understand how Naboro creates shared-room bookings and limits their visibility between tenant organizations.

Conflict prevention

Naboro maintains a live schedule for shared rooms and prevents overlapping reservations at the server. A conflicting reservation is not silently accepted; choose another available room or time.
