Calendar synchronization
Reference for supported calendar providers, synchronization behavior, and connected-calendar data.
Use this reference to evaluate calendar synchronization before connecting Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or CalDAV.
Supported providers
Naboro supports optional two-way synchronization with:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft 365
- CalDAV
Naboro explicitly resolves synchronization conflicts rather than silently double-booking a room.
Calendar data
To provide synchronization, Naboro can access calendar lists and read and write events. It stores event titles, descriptions, times, recurrence, attendee names, attendee email addresses, and attendee response statuses for connected calendars.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting a calendar stops synchronization and deletes its credentials and events imported from that calendar.
Calendar and meeting names can appear in building audit logs. Review this behavior before connecting calendars that contain sensitive information.
