Set up your building

Create shared rooms and prepare a multi-tenant building for Naboro bookings.

Create a shared building workspace, add the rooms tenants can reserve, and make it ready for bookings.

Before you begin

  • Identify the meeting rooms that are shared between organizations in the building.
  • Decide which tenant organizations should be able to reserve each room.
  • Confirm whether you will connect external calendars now or add them later.

Set up your building

  1. Create your building in Naboro.
  2. Add each shared meeting room that tenants can reserve.
  3. Add the tenant organizations that use the building and invite their members.
  4. Review the live room schedule to confirm the rooms are available for booking.

Naboro maintains one real-time schedule for shared rooms. It prevents overlapping reservations at the server, so conflicting bookings are not silently accepted.

Understand booking visibility

Naboro separates tenant information by company. Members of the organization that created a booking can view its full details. Members of other tenant organizations can see that the room is occupied, along with the organizer's name and company, but not the booking title or details.

Optional: Connect external calendars

Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or CalDAV when tenants need their existing calendars to stay in sync with Naboro. See Connect a calendar before enabling sync; it processes calendar-event data to provide the integration.
