Shared-booking visibility
Members of the organization that creates a booking can see its full details. Other tenant organizations can see room availability, the organizer name, and the company, but not the booking title or details. Building managers can access room schedules and audit logs.
Connected-calendar data
When calendar synchronization is enabled, Naboro can process calendar lists and events, including titles, descriptions, timing, recurrence, attendee names, attendee email addresses, and response statuses. Naboro states that calendar credentials are encrypted at rest and that data is encrypted in transit.
Room displays and audit logs
Room displays may expose meeting titles and organizer names to people near the room. Calendar and meeting names can also appear in building audit logs.
